Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mail boxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mailbox account to another, create mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your e-mailboxes against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the mailbox you wish to forward email messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
